We are happy to provide Nexus letters for qualified patients!

If you are interested in obtaining a Nexus letter, please call our office to be seen for an initial evaluation with Dr. Rande Lazar. Then, you will be seen by our audiologist, Dr. Chris Hylander, for a more detailed evaluation at a separate office visit.

There are additional fees for this service. This will be determined by the complexity of the letter. This service is not covered by insurance.
